Bold headline: Oppo A6L arrives in China with familiar looks and strong specs.
Oppo has introduced a new mid-range device in the Chinese market that mirrors the design language and core specifications of several existing models from the brand. The Oppo A6L is effectively a rebrand of the Oppo A6 Max, which debuted in China back in August. As a result, it shares the same essential hardware, including a substantial 7,000 mAh silicon-anode battery, a 6.8-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, and a 50-megapixel main camera.
Like the A6 Max, the A6L carries IP68/IP69 water and dust resistance certification and runs Android 15 with ColorOS 15 on top. The notable difference appears to be a single available configuration: 12GB of RAM paired with 256GB of storage.
Oppo A6L official imagery shows the device in White, Blue, and Pink. It is priced at CNY 1,799 (about $255) and is currently exclusive to the Chinese market, available through online retailers.
